    This is a very-DIY digital product. It is intended for a person who has initiative to download and tweak content to match your needs. It does not come with coaching and strategy calls for implementing these resources.

      This is just about everything I used in my impactful strengths practice over the past 12 years.

      Rather than paying for your team to design PowerPoint files and handouts, you can use these resources to quickly tweak and then get into the useful part...the workshops and coaching conversations.

      • Hundreds of worksheets, handouts, conversation guides, and workbooks to help with your strengths rollout and your people-development efforts.
      • Strengths presentations and people-development decks (mostly Canva-created + a couple PPT files).
      • Course descriptions, facilitation guides, and logistics documents to help you run internal strengths workshops. 
      • Email sequences - over 2-years worth of weekly Nurture/Learn emails to customize and send to your participants for reinforcement.
      • Graphic designs and social media templates (Canva). Graphics, social content, and eBook templates to promote or grow your personal development content library.
      • All Canva designs are customizable to your organization's color palette and brand standards.
